[Lucy just continues to sit on her branch unresponsive. Clearly she could care less. With a sigh, Belial reaches out to stroke the top of her head... then towards that last comment he slides the enclosure shut once more.]

And here I thought you were.

[He turns to approach the other man and boldly slide his arms up to drape over his shoulders. Call it habit at this point, what with David having the same body as his Dominant. More or less.]

[Despite his words, his shoulders do relax slightly once that enclosure is closed again.]

[He bites his lip and leans in close... before once again tugging at David’s wrist to start guiding him out the room.]

[He questions curiously as he's led away, wondering if he meant that in an actually spiritual way.]

[That definitely doesn't sound like prayer. Anyway, he tugs the other man along down the hall where the guest room is and while it's still full of dark furniture and decor, somehow it's cozier. Might have something to do with the lack of snake.]

[He does appreciate the lack of potentially dangerous pets and subtly relaxes.]

[With that, he pushes, aiming to shove David onto his back.]

[He doesn't resist but there's almost a tense kind of defiance in his rigid shoulders and direct stare.]

[He slides his hands down and once they rest on the other’s stomach he pushes up to try and start lifting his shirt.]

[It sounds like an interrogation, even as David does bring a hand up to touch Belial's thigh.]

[Implying they've all disappeared, perhaps. Best not to think too much into it.]

[He replies defensively, tensing further. It isn't shyness that fuels his reluctance.]

[He leans down, casting a shadow over the other man as he does. He’s definitely being difficult on purpose.]

[David tries to sit up a bit, leaning back on his elbows.]

[He considers his options before ultimately sliding off the bed and onto his knees. Seems like he’s finally playing nice.]

Looks like I’ll be tending to your snake first then.

[Belial smooths his hands up both legs to keep them spread, but rather than undo his pants, he rests his cheek on David’s thigh while idly playing with the zipper. Nope. Looks like he can’t play nice for long at all.]
