Welcome to your personal hideout! Tucked near the submissives housing in the Down, Café Leblanc is a low-key establishment aimed at offering a reprieve from the stresses of day to day life in Duplicity.

Consisting of a single-level layout, patrons will enjoy the cozy atmosphere with a minimum of noise thanks to the small numbers of booths plus bar seating. The specialty menu serves high quality coffee, selected and ground by the customer's choice from the veritable wall of various roasts behind the counter, brewed by trained employees from the original owner's standards. The house curry is made daily and offers a rich, spicy, yet subtly sweet counterpoint to the coffee while patrons enjoy their break from the world outside.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Generally healthy and physically fit. He often has minor cuts due to getting into altercations or searching for clues for his work. Emotionally, he won't complain in general but he represses a lot and is highly stressed. Usually seeming calm and professionally used to calming others, his build up of emotions can be seen in a very pronounced tic of blinking and occasional outbursts of anger.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: He has to deal with a lot of grim, horrible things in his job as a detective. But while he has seen a lot, he will still get very aggressive against anyone who hurts children in particular. So be prepared for rough treatment - physically or verbally - against your character if they are criminals, especially those with crimes against children.

Enhanced Awareness & Instincts: He has to focus on it but it will provide a boost to his instincts and so able to sense danger quicker and react faster. Sharper hearing and clearer vision, to pick up more minute details. Better able to spot a lie or find a clue. Unfortunately, this will also contribute to his stress levels, and may result in outbursts if used too much.

Healing Touch: hands-on healing injuries, but he will take half the damage for himself. Can't cure death or disease. Can heal himself to a degree by displacing the wound to a less life threatening position.

Flaws: Sometimes reckless disregard for his own safety. Quick to follow a lead, which is often wrong, but he persists until he finds the right one. May appear disinterested as he speaks little, unless necessary. Pushes himself too hard.
